Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
Build and maintain DataStage parallel and server jobs.
Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Create complex SQL queries and optimize performance.
Work with Unix/Linux and shell scripting for automation.
Troubleshoot ETL failures and production issues.
Collaborate with business and technical teams for data integration requirements.
