Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement new features, enhancements, and application components.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Analyze existing applications and troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance problems.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and development best practices.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product teams, and other developers.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services as required.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Participate in application deployment and support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation related to application functionality and development processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of professional experience in software development.




- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control practices.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and application troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of web application development and modern development practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Node.js, FastAPI, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to Docker and containerized application development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations.
- Basic understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent technical experience may also be considered.
