- Design & optimize SQL databases, Stored Procedures & performance
- Drive Code Reviews, SonarQube, debugging & engineering best practices
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams with strong architectural ownership
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery

AI & Modern Development Skills

- Hands-on with GitHub Copilot
- Experience with Claude / Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants




- Ability to apply Generative AI / LLMs in software development and engineering workflows
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted coding, testing, refactoring and productivity tools
