About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect with strong expertise in C++, Qt, MITK, VTK, OpenGL, and Linux to drive the design and development of advanced medical imaging and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead teams in building scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Define and drive software architecture for C++/Qt-based medical imaging applications.
- Design scalable, modular, secure, and high-performance software systems.
- Architect solutions integrating MITK, VTK, OpenGL, and Linux platforms.
- Create and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and architecture documentation.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code quality assessments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D;, QA, UX, and Engineering teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Guide development teams on software design principles, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and system reliability initiatives.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, technology strategy, and long-term platform evolution.
- Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure technical documentation remains comprehensive and up to date.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Software Development,



System Design, or Architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in modern C++ development and object-oriented design principles.
- Deep hands-on experience with Qt Framework including GUI development, Signals/Slots, Multithreading, and Custom Widgets.
- Experience working with MITK (Medical Imaging Interaction Toolkit).
- Strong experience with VTK (Visualization Toolkit) for visualization and imaging applications.
- Expertise in OpenGL for graphics rendering and real-time visualization.
- Strong Linux development and deployment experience.
- Solid understanding of Software Architecture principles and large-scale application design.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, software engineering best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and troubleshooting complex applications.
- Familiarity with software configuration management and version control tools such as Git.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Ability to mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.




- Familiarity with Docker and containerized application development.
- Exposure to cloud-native application architectures.
- Experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or visualization domains.
- Knowledge of software compliance and regulatory requirements for medical applications.
