We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging training programs that improve communication, teamwork, leadership, and professional behaviour. The role involves conducting soft skills classes, interactive workshops, assessing training needs, and helping individuals enhance communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver soft skills training sessions (in-person/virtual)
- Facilitate workshops on communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Customize training content for different audiences
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in training, coaching, or teaching
- Relevant degree or certification preferred
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
