Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media role based in North Delhi.

The Social

Media professional will plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to showcase Studio Arc.S projects, design philosophy, and culture. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, drafting captions and posts, coordinating photo and video content with the design team, and ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, analyzing performance metrics,



and suggesting improvements to increase reach and community interaction.

The Social

Media professional will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and leadership to translate ongoing work and completed projects into compelling digital stories.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic graphic design or layout for posts and stories.
- Candidates should possess skills in photography or videography coordination, including framing, composition, and working with visual assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media analytics, reporting, and using insights to refine content and posting schedules.
- Candidates should possess skills in community management, including responding to audience interactions and maintaining a qualified, inclusive tone.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with design, architecture, or interiors, and an ability to understand and communicate design concepts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in marketing, communications, design, or a related field are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in North Delhi, collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
