Role Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solution Architect to support the 2026 Loyalty Transformation Program and standalone digital/eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern web technologies, loyalty solutions, digital commerce platforms, and enterprise architecture practices.

Mandatory Skills

Domain Expertise

- Strong experience in Loyalty Programs / Loyalty Platform Implementations

- Experience in Digital Commerce / eCommerce Solutions

- Proven experience in architecting and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Technical Skills

- Expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Robust experience with Microservices Architecture

- Experience designing and implementing Single Page Applications (SPA)

- Strong understanding of Web Browser-based Applications

- Experience with Mobile Application Integrations

- Strong knowledge of Industry-standard Architecture Frameworks and Design Patterns

- Experience in defining end-to-end solution architecture for digital platforms

Architecture & Governance

- Strong understanding of IT Governance

- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience working with enterprise IT delivery standards, architecture reviews, and governance processes





Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with SAP CRM

- Experience integrating loyalty platforms with SAP ecosystem

- Exposure to cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP)

- Experience with API-led integrations

- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies

- Experience with customer engagement and marketing technology platforms

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define end-to-end architecture for digital and eCommerce solutions.

- Support the 2026 Loyalty Transformation Tribe by providing architectural guidance for loyalty platform implementations.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Drive architecture best practices, technology standards, and governance compliance.

- Ensure seamless integration between web platforms, mobile applications, and backend systems.

- Provide technical leadership during solution design, development, and deployment phases.

- Review and recommend technologies aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
