Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily activities include developing content calendars, coordinating with internal teams for campaign assets, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and analyzing social media metrics to refine strategy.

Strategist will also manage community interactions, support public relations initiatives,



and ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns across key platforms.
- Personal Brand expert , who can create content strategy for personal branding.
- Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to manage online communities, respond to inquiries, and support brand reputation.
- Ability to develop and implement a clear Content Strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant experience in real estate, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
