We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to lead and strengthen our social media presence across relevant digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategy, content trends, competitor analysis, audience behaviour, and digital marketing. This role requires someone who can combine research, creativity, analytical thinking, and execution to develop social media initiatives that support our overall brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.

- Conduct in-depth competitor research and social media analysis, including content strategy, campaigns, engagement, positioning, and growth initiatives.

- Continuously monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, content formats, creators, and audience behaviour.

- Identify new opportunities and translate relevant trends into practical content and campaign ideas.

- Research industry developments and audience interests to identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement.

- Develop innovative content concepts, campaigns, themes, hooks, and platform-specific strategies.

- Create and manage a structured social media content calendar in collaboration with internal teams.

- Analyse social media performance using relevant metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify successful content patterns, areas of improvement, and opportunities for experimentation.

- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and best practices.

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, marketing teams,



and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

- Continuously test new content formats, strategies, and approaches to improve reach, engagement, and overall social media performance.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting performance, insights, competitor activity, and recommended actions.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, social media marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in social media research, competitor analysis, content strategy, and trend identification.

- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent understanding of content performance, audience engagement, and social media growth.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.

- Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting tools is preferred.

- A portfolio or examples of previous social media work will be an advantage.
