Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and engaging social media content for multiple clients/brands.

Create content ideas for Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, stories, Facebook posts and LinkedIn content.

Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines and short-form copy.

Create and edit short-form videos/Reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

Design social media creatives, carousels, infographics and promotional posts.

Research current social media trends, formats, sounds, hashtags and content styles.

Develop monthly/weekly social media content calendars.

Adapt content according to different brands, industries and target audiences.

Collaborate with the performance marketing and SEO teams to align organic content with overall marketing objectives.

Understand basic social media analytics and identify what types of content are generating engagement and reach.

Monitor competitor pages and industry trends for content inspiration.

Ensure that all content follows the brand's tone, visual identity and communication guidelines.

Coordinate with clients/team members for content requirements, approvals and revisions.





Stay updated with changes in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Required Skills

Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Strong knowledge of Reels and short-form video content.

Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.

Basic graphic design skills.

Video editing skills.

Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.

Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.

Attention to detail and willingness to experiment with recent content formats.
