Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Social Media - Senior Associate to oversee our digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our audience, and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires solid strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Ciper Analytics’ presence across relevant social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Develop social media strategies and content calendars that drive reach, engagement, follower growth, and employer-brand visibility aligned with business.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Working with AI tools such as Canva AI, ChatGPT, Claude and other AI-powered platforms
- Track social media analytics and develop reports to identify what’s working, experiment with new ideas, and continuously optimize content and strategy.
- Stay on top of trends, memes, formats, platform updates, and emerging content styles, and find relevant ways to bring them to the Ciper brand.
- Own the social media pipeline from planning to monitoring audience engagement while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Must Haves

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media content, campaigns,



content calendars, and performance/results.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and experience leading a team or mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

It’s a Plus If You Have

- Experience managing social media strategies, digital campaigns, and brand presence across platforms.
- Experience creating content around employee engagement, workplace culture, events, celebrations, or organizational activities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
- Experience with video-editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar.
- Experience using AI for content ideation, scripting, editing, research, and content optimization.
