Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns to promote Jangid Art & Crafts’ furniture and handicraft products across various platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur involves daily tasks such as developing content calendars, coordinating photo and video production, posting and optimizing content, and engaging with the online community through comments and messages. The role includes monitoring social media performance, analyzing campaign metrics, and preparing reports to guide strategy and improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

The Social Media Marketing

Manager will collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support key promotions, product launches,



and export initiatives. The position also requires staying updated on trends in social media, digital marketing, and handmade/handicraft industry niches.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning, platform management, and audience engagement.
- Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Digital Marketing to improve reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and professional interaction with customers.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in creating or coordinating visual content (basic design or video editing skills are an advantage).
- Prior experience in e-commerce, handicrafts, furniture, or export-oriented businesses is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
