We’re on the lookout for a creative, tech-curious, and trend-savvy Social Media Intern to help elevate our digital presence and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in content planning, digital branding, and real-time campaign execution in the high-end real estate space. You’ll work alongside our marketing and creative teams to develop high-impact content that resonates with our luxury audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and schedule eye-catching posts, reels, and stories using Canva, CapCut, or InShot
- Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts




- Research and ride social trends: viral sounds, formats, hooks, and real estate meme culture
- Respond to messages, comments, and DMs while maintaining a polished brand tone
- Track engagement and report social media analytics with insights
- Assist with on-site shoots, walkthroughs, and luxury property video content

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation/editing tools
- A knack for learning new technology and AI tools (bonus if you already follow AI content trends!)
- Strong communication skills and an eye for luxury aesthetics
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
