About the Role

OminiFlow is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media platforms, content creation, trends, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage OminiFlow’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions and social media copy.
- Promote OminiFlow’s POS, HRMS, and business automation solutions.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and social media reach.
- Generate leads through social media activities and campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.




- Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements
- 6 Months+ experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media, marketing, and brand building.
