Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms - Instagram, Linkedin & YouTube, with a focus on channel specific objective & strategy for Simplifly. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in developing social media calendars, drafting posts, captions, and basic copy, and coordinating visual content with the creative and production teams. The intern will help monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and suggest optimizations to improve reach and impact.

This is a full-time role based in Dehradun with a hybrid work arrangement,



combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will work closely with the marketing & editing team, lead ideas for social reels/content, and stay updated on relevant trends in social.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation (technical specs as well)
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess strong understanding of AI tools
- Basic understanding of sports and/or automotive content and audience behavior is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
- Coursework or ongoing studies in marketing, communications, media, or a related field are preferred.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and take initiative in a fast-paced, project-based setting.
