CodeAegis Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing technology company specializing in mobile app development, website development, UI/UX design, and digital solutions for startups and businesses.

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to strengthen our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with our target audience across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company branding and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and manage social media posts consistently.
- Develop content ideas including posts, carousels, reels, graphics, industry updates, and promotional content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement and respond professionally.
- Research industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and relevant hashtags.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the design, development, sales, and business teams to create relevant marketing content.
- Support company branding, digital marketing, and promotional initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, content formats, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Social Media Marketing,



Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other major social media platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating and managing social media content and content calendars.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, branding, and social media analytics.
- Ability to research industry trends, competitors, audiences, and relevant hashtags.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven content improvements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Strong interest in technology, mobile applications, websites, startups, and digital products is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with a technology, software, IT, mobile app, or web development company.
- Experience creating B2B content, particularly for LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of lead-generation campaigns and conversion-focused content.
- Experience creating short-form video/reel content is a plus.
