Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, highly responsible and results-driven Social Media Growth Manager and Video Editor to manage and grow three social media pages.

The pages will include professional nursing and healthcare content, personal-brand content, and expressive music content. Videos and content direction will be provided. Your responsibility will be to edit, package, upload and strategically promote the content to achieve maximum organic reach, follower growth and audience engagement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn supplied video footage into engaging, high-performing short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage three social media pages consistently and professionally.
- Edit supplied videos into engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content.
- Create strong hooks within the first few seconds of each video.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, suitable music and relevant visual elements.
- Write clear, engaging English captions, titles, descriptions and calls to action.
- Upload content according to an organised posting schedule.
- Research trending topics, audio, keywords, formats and hashtags.
- Improve reach, engagement, watch time, shares, saves and follower growth.
- Adapt the content style for different audiences and platforms.
- Maintain separate brand identities for professional nursing content and music content.




- Manage comments and support positive community engagement.
- Review analytics and identify which content performs best.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest content improvements based on audience behaviour and platform data.
- Support basic Canva designs, thumbnails, covers and promotional posts.
- Assist with Meta advertising campaigns when required.
- Communicate regularly and complete all work within agreed deadlines.

Mandatory Skills and Experience The successful candidate must have:

- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram, YouTube Shorts or TikTok accounts.
- A portfolio containing links to pages, videos or accounts previously managed.
- Editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- A clear understanding of Reels, hooks, storytelling, retention and social media growth.
- Good written English for captions, titles and community engagement.
- The ability to adapt between professional nursing content and expressive music content.
- Reliable communication and consistent availability during working hours.
- The ability to plan work properly and meet every agreed deadline.
- A responsible, proactive and growth-focused attitude.




- The ability to work independently without requiring continuous follow-up.

Important Expectations This is a reliable, performance-focused role. The selected person must be consistently available, communicate clearly and take full responsibility for assigned work.

Repeated excuses, unexplained absences, missed deadlines, delayed uploads or unreliable communication will not be accepted. Candidates should apply only if they can manage all three pages consistently and demonstrate measurable growth.
