About the RoleSILVERIC is looking for a creative, strategic and camera-confident Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence, from content planning and ideation to execution and performance analysis.

We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, builds engaging content and knows how to grow a brand beyond direct-selling videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop monthly social media strategies, content pillars and detailed content calendars.
- Plan and execute engaging Reels, carousels, static posts and Instagram Stories.
- Appear confidently on camera for product explainers, storytelling, educational and trend-based videos.
- Create compelling hooks, scripts, concepts and shoot plans.
- Lead content shoots and coordinate with videographers, editors and designers.
- Research trends, competitors, festivals and cultural content opportunities.
- Plan creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
- Track analytics, prepare weekly performance reports and continuously improve content strategy.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram,



Reels, storytelling and content strategy.
- Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills (mandatory).
- Experience developing and managing content calendars.
- Ability to independently generate creative ideas and execute campaigns.
- Solid Hindi/Hinglish communication skills; Telugu is an advantage.
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce, consumer or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads and Instagram analytics is an advantage.
