Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at SHAAC.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to support the company’s B2B growth infrastructure and brand positioning. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and refining strategies based on data and audience insights. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader business objectives, engaging with online communities,



and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Manager is expected to stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve organic and paid social performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for B2B audiences.
- Must be able to shoot videos and brolls
- Robust Communication and Writing abilities for clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning, scheduling, and aligning content to business goals.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking to inform data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple platforms, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and lead generation through social channels is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or growth-focused role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
