Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others aligned with client objectives. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with designers and writers, publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions.

The Social Media

Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to maintain brand consistency,



support broader digital marketing initiatives, and stay current with platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across multiple platforms.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging content and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan cohesive campaigns, maintain consistent messaging, and align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

- Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and performance tracking to make data-driven decisions.

- Knowledge of paid social advertising, audience targeting, and A/B testing is beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
