We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of our clients and brands.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience behaviour, current digital trends, and performance analytics. The role involves planning content, coordinating with creative teams, managing publishing schedules, monitoring engagement, and continuously improving social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan monthly and weekly social media content calendars for multiple brands.
- Create content ideas for posts, reels, carousels, stories, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and other creative team members for content production.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions across platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and communication across social channels.
- Research current trends, competitor activities,



industry developments, hashtags, and content opportunities.
- Develop creative campaign concepts to improve reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand awareness.
- Monitor the performance of posts, reels, campaigns, and overall social media accounts.
- Analyse metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, website clicks, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify underperforming content and recommend improvements based on data.
- Coordinate with clients or internal account teams to understand campaign requirements and priorities.
- Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating creatives, messaging, targeting requirements, and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging social media trends, and new content formats.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring deadlines and publishing schedules are maintained.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, events, and brand-building activities.
- Ensure content is reviewed and approved before publishing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
