About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic and performance-driven Content Strategist who understands audience psychology, content engineering and digital behaviour.

This is not a routine social media role. You will be responsible for understanding what to create, why it will work, who it is for, and what result it should deliver.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand audience psychology, behaviour and buying triggers to develop high-impact content.
- Own the content strategy across Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
- Engineer content around clear objectives: Reach | Engagement | Audience Growth | Leads | Sales.
- Own the complete content process: Concept → Hook → Script → Shoot → Publish → Analyse → Optimise.
- Develop compelling hooks, storytelling, scripts and formats designed for attention and retention.
- Analyse content performance and take ownership of measurable results and growth numbers.
- Continuously test current concepts, formats and creative approaches based on data and audience response.
- Identify trends,



competitor strategies and emerging content opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Be camera-friendly and confident in Reels, product videos, brand storytelling and promotional content.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, influencers and the marketing team to execute content.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of proven experience in Social Media / Content Strategy / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video, social algorithms and content psychology.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with numbers, analytics and performance-based decision-making.
- Strong sense of ownership — responsible for outcomes, not just deliverables.

Location Requirement:

Applicants must be based in Surat or Gujarat and be willing to work full-time from our Surat office. WFH/Remote applications will not be considered.
