Hiring: Social Media Manager Intern (Full-Time | 100% Remote)

Are you passionate about social media trends, short-form video creation, and digital marketing? Netra Innovation’s Training cum Placement Cell is looking for a driven, creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our team in a fully remote setup!

As our Social Media Intern, you’ll play a central role in amplifying our mission through engaging copy, dynamic videos, and community interaction from anywhere.

What You'll Do Daily

- Content Creation & Video Production: Plan, write, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and static posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
- Calendar Management: Maintain organized social media content calendars aligned with upcoming course cohorts, promotions, and placement drives.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with a professional, brand-aligned voice.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor post reach, video retention metrics, and channel growth, reporting actionable insights to the team.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of social media trends, trending audio, reel formats,



and platform features to keep our messaging fresh and visible.

What We're Looking For
- Core Skills: Strong foundation in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Video Editing: Hands-on experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush, InShot) to edit quick Reels, Shorts, and promo clips.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clear, compelling copywriting.
- Self-Management: High discipline, time management, and ability to collaborate seamlessly in a remote environment.
- Platform Familiarity: Experience with major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and basic analytics/insights tools.
- Education/Background: Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
