We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and execute the company’s social media and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience working in social media or digital marketing teams and a strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create, coordinate, and publish engaging social media content.
- Develop ideas for posts, reels, videos, campaigns, and other digital content.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage online communities and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and other team members.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.




- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve social media presence and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and content formats.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Journalism, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Valuable understanding of content strategy, social media analytics, and digital marketing.
- Strong creative thinking and content-planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media activities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools will be an advantage.
