Noteshelf is a digital note-taking app that brings the familiarity and creativity of handwritten notes to digital devices. From handwriting and sketching to journaling, planning, PDFs, audio, and AI-powered features, Noteshelf helps people capture and organise their ideas seamlessly.

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager who can bring the Noteshelf experience to life and build a community around the joy of digital note-taking.

What you’ll do

- Own Noteshelf’s social media presence and content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Develop original, engaging content—reels, short-form videos, carousels, tutorials, stories, and creative experiments.
- Find compelling ways to showcase Noteshelf’s features, use cases, templates, and everyday workflows.
- Stay on top of social trends and turn relevant ones into content that feels natural to the Noteshelf brand.
- Work with Product, Design, and Marketing teams on launches and campaigns.
- Build relationships with creators and the Noteshelf community, including UGC and collaborations.
- Track performance, learn from what works,



and continuously experiment with new ideas.

What we’re looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong creative instinct and visual sense. We want someone who enjoys making things, not just managing a content calendar.
- Good understanding of short-form content, social trends, and what makes people stop, watch, save, or share.
- Comfortable creating content using tools such as Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- An interest in note-taking, journaling, sketching, doodling, lettering, digital art, stationery, or similar creative pursuits is a big plus.
