: JDE CNC Senior Expert Role Summary We are seeking a Senior JDE CNC Expert to manage, architect, and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. This role focuses on platform stability, performance, security, and enterprise-grade operations within a complex landscape.

Key Responsibilities 1.

System

Administration & Architecture - Manage end-to-end JDE CNC environments (installations, configurations, deployments)
Design and maintain enterprise architecture across application, web, and database tiers
Manage pathcodes, OCM mappings, and environment lifecycle 2. Infrastructure & Performance Management - Monitor system performance, optimize infrastructure, and ensure high availability
Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and health checks
Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes 3. Release & Change Management - Execute package builds, ESU/ASU deployments, and tools releases
Manage upgrades, migrations, and workplace refreshes
Control version management and deployment processes 4. Security & Compliance - Implement and maintain user roles, security policies, and access controls
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and audit readiness
Monitor and remediate security risks 5.

Support & Troubleshooting - Provide L2/L3 support for production issues, root cause analysis, and resolution
Troubleshoot system, application, and infrastructure issues
Collaborate with development and functional teams 6. Automation & Continuous Improvement - Automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency
Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive problem management Key Skills & Competencies - Solid expertise in JDE CNC Administration & Architecture
Experience with WebLogic, AIS, BSSV, Orchestrator
Knowledge of Linux/Windows/Unix environments and databases (Oracle/SQL Server)
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis skills Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
8–12+ years of JDE CNC experience
Experience managing large-scale enterprise JDE environments Valuable to Have - Cloud experience (AWS/Azure for JDE hosting)
DevOps, automation scripting experience
Exposure to integration platforms (APIs, middleware) Success Metrics (KPIs) - System uptime and performance
Incident resolution timelines (SLA adherence)
Platform stability and operational efficiency
