Roles and Responsibilities
Lead international sales and export operations across global markets.
Travel internationally for a minimum of 300 days per year.
Develop and manage relationships with global distributors, importers, retailers, wholesalers and major buyers.
Identify and enter recent international markets for cosmetics and beauty products.
Attend major international beauty exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences and business events.
Negotiate high-value international contracts, distribution agreements and strategic partnerships.
Build and manage a solid international sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct senior-level meetings and commercial negotiations with international clients.
Develop country-wise sales and market-entry strategies.
Manage key international accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Monitor global beauty-market trends and identify current business opportunities.
Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance,



Regulatory and Legal teams for international orders.
Represent the company professionally at international meetings, exhibitions and VIP business events.
Support the Managing Director in strategic international business development.
Prepare international sales forecasts, reports and market-development plans.
Candidate Requirements
8+ years of experience in international sales, exports, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or luxury goods.
Proven track record in international business development and sales.
Strong international distributor/client network.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Strong executive presence and international business etiquette.
Willingness to travel internationally 300+ days every year.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
Additional international-language skills will be an advantage.
