About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Inventory Manager to manage and control inventory of gold, diamonds, gemstones, raw materials, semi-finished and finished jewellery. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of jewellery stock management, reconciliation, weight control, and ERP-based inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage gold, diamond, gemstone, raw material and finished jewellery inventory.
Maintain accurate records of gross weight, net weight, stone weight, purity/karat and quantity.
Monitor inward/outward stock, transfers, returns, job work and production movements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
Identify and resolve stock, weight and system discrepancies.
Monitor gold consumption, wastage,



recovery and material returns.
Maintain proper tagging, coding and documentation of jewellery items.
Prepare daily/monthly inventory MIS and stock reports.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and production teams.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged and rejected inventory.
Support internal and annual stock audits.

Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in Jewellery Inventory / Stock Management.
Experience handling Gold, Diamond & Gemstone Inventory preferred.
Robust knowledge of Diamonds, Gemstones and jewelry.
Proficiency in Gati, MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
High level of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.
