Position : Customer Support – International Voice Process

Location : Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift : Night Shift

Weekly Off : Rotational Weekdays

Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers .)
Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance to international customers.
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies




Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
