IT Manager – Key Responsibilities / KRA
Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, internet, and hardware.
Ensure smooth IT support for head office and construction project sites.
Manage ERP, software applications, email, and user access.
Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus, and disaster recovery.
Manage IT assets, licenses, AMC, vendors, and IT procurement.
Monitor CCTV, access control, and site IT systems.
Control IT budget and optimize technology costs.
Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
Lead the IT team and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
Support digitalization and automation of business processes.
Provide regular IT performance and risk reports to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
