Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end steel pole fabrication and manufacturing operations.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual production and delivery targets.
Drive production planning, capacity utilization, manpower deployment, and resource optimization.
Manage cutting, bending, welding, assembly, shot blasting, finishing, and dispatch operations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, welding procedures, customer specifications, and process controls.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, OEE, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks and reduce cycle time, rejection, rework, downtime, and manufacturing costs.
Lead RCA, CAPA, process improvements, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure strict compliance with EHS, safety, statutory, and environmental requirements.
Lead and develop Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
Monitor key production, quality, cost, safety, and productivity KPIs.7
