Job Overview The Manpower Supervisor will be responsible for workforce deployment, attendance, productivity, discipline,
and coordination of manpower at project sites or operational locations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and allocate manpower according to work requirements.
Monitor worker attendance and deployment.
Track manpower productivity.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
Maintain manpower records and reports.
Ensure proper workforce utilization.
Monitor worker discipline and compliance.
Coordinate with contractors and manpower agencies.
Report manpower shortages and requirements.
Support site teams in achieving project targets.
