Designation: Manager – Maintenance

Reporting To: General Manager

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Key Skills
Experience in plant and clean-room maintenance.
Knowledge of DG Set, Air Compressor, AHU, Chiller, LT/HT Panels.
Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, Servo Drive and Servo Motor.
Knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Valuable understanding of ISO 13485:2016 / ISO 9001 documentation.
Knowledge of 5S, hygiene, safety and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant maintenance, utilities and engineering activities.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
Attend breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
Analyze breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Maintain maintenance records,



MIS reports and ISO documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, vendors and external agencies.
Manage maintenance spares and inventory.
Support plant projects, budget control and statutory/government liaisoning.
Ensure 5S, hygiene, health, safety and environmental compliance.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and support achievement of production targets.

Experience: Relevant experience in plant maintenance, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
