Perform MIG/MAG welding on MS, SS, and structural fabrication components as per drawings and specifications.
Weld H-Beams, plates, channels, angles, frames, and other fabricated components.
Set and operate MIG welding machines, including voltage, current, wire feed speed, and gas flow.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
Carry out proper fit-up, tack welding, and final welding.
Check weld quality for strength, penetration, alignment, cracks, porosity, and other defects.
Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded joints where required.
Coordinate with fitters, fabrication operators, QC inspectors, and production supervisors.
Follow daily production targets and quality requirements.
Identify welding defects and perform necessary rework/correction.
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and consumables properly.
Follow PPE, safety procedures, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
Ensure minimum material and welding consumable wastage.
Report any machine, material, quality, or production issues to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
