Position: QS / Billing Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and manage Client Bills / RA Bills
Prepare and verify Sub-Contractor Bills
Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
Site measurements and quantity verification
Prepare measurements based on actual site work
Check drawings, BOQ and work quantities
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Clients and Sub-Contractors
Maintain billing records and supporting documents
Handle site work as well as office billing work
Track executed quantities and billing status
Assist in reconciliation of materials and quantities

Requirements




Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2–3 years of relevant experience in QS / Civil Billing
Positive knowledge of Client Billing & Sub-Contractor Billing
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Auto Cad ,quantity calculations
Ability to understand drawings and BOQ
Willing to work at both site and office
