Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Conduct routine inspections as per quality standards.
Maintain QC records and documentation.
Report quality issues and assist in corrective actions.
Ensure hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices are followed.
Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality.
Requirements:
FOOD Manufacturing company experience is compulsory
B.Sc. (Microbiology/Chemistry/Food Science) or Diploma in Food Technology.
0–2 years of experience in Quality Control (Freshers can also apply).
Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and quality testing.
Positive observation, documentation, and communication skills.
Incoming material inspection
In-process and finished goods quality checks
SOP, GMP and hygiene compliance
QA documentation and reports
CAPA and quality investigations
Coordination with Production, Stores and Packaging
Skills: Attention to detail, Excel, documentation, communication, root cause analysis Pay: ₹11,360.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
