Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive – Billing, Budget Tracking & MIS to manage marketing vendor bills, project-wise budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify marketing vendor bills and invoices.
Track project-wise budget vs. actual expenses.
Maintain marketing MIS and expense reports.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
Coordinate with vendors, Finance, Accounts, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
Maintain accurate billing and budget-related records.
Support management with required reports and data analysis.

Requirements:




4 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, MIS, or Budget Tracking.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in vendor billing, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or FMCG experience preferred.
Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
