Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Telecaller (Office-Based)

​Key Responsibilities:

​Answer incoming customer calls and handle inquiries.

​Prepare and send price quotations via email/WhatsApp.

​Track pending orders and update clients on delivery status.

​Make outbound marketing and follow-up calls to generate sales.

​Maintain daily call logs and customer records.

​Requirements:

​Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or back-office sales.

​Robust verbal and written communication skills.

​Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.

​Positive negotiation and follow-up skills,

Pay: ₹9,534.28 - ₹12,000.00 per month
