Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15 MIS executives.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to track performance and resolve data issues.
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to reporting standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in Banking/NBFC.
Robust Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
Valuable analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Experience handling a team of 15+ members preferred. (MUST)
