Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies across various platforms.

Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, creating engaging content, collaborating with creative teams,



and staying up to date with social media trends to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with clients to ensure their goals are met through effective social media campaigns.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Management, Social Media Strategy, Social Advertising, and Scheduling Tools
- Content Creation, Creative Writing, and Visual Storytelling skills
- Experience with Analytics Tools, Reporting, and Performance Optimization
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Paid Social Campaigns, and Community Engagement
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to adapt social strategies to align with evolving trends and target audience behaviors
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is a plus
- Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics preferred
