Social Media Manager — Bengali Entertainment

Location: Kolkata | Experience: 2–5 Years | Full-Time

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager who understands Bengali entertainment, television, pop culture and digital audiences.

Responsibilities

- Manage social media for Bengali TV channels, shows and entertainment brands.
- Develop creative campaigns and social-first content strategies.
- Create ideas for Reels, memes, contests, interactive content and promotional campaigns.
- Build campaigns around shows, characters, launches, episodes, festivals and trending topics.
- Write/guide Bengali, Banglish and English copy.
- Work with designers, editors and production teams to execute campaigns.
- Track trends, competitors and social-media performance.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in social media / digital / entertainment marketing.
- Strong understanding of Bengali audience behaviour and entertainment culture.
- Excellent creative ideation and campaign-thinking skills.
- Strong Bengali copywriting and communication.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Experience with TV channels, OTT, entertainment brands or production houses is a strong advantage.

We’re not looking for someone who just manages posts. We’re looking for someone who can turn a TV show into a social-media conversation.
