About the Role

- Beyond Script is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our full time team.

- The ideal candidate should understand social media beyond just posting content and should be capable of managing brands, developing strategies, and creating content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.

- Plan and manage reels, posts, stories, captions, and other social media content.

- Research social media trends, formats, and emerging content opportunities.

- Schedule and publish content consistently.

- Monitor audience engagement and manage community interactions.

- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative team members.

- Generate creative content ideas and campaign concepts.

- Manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

- Stay updated with platform updates, algorithms,



and best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

- Good content writing and copywriting skills.

- Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning.

- Ability to identify and leverage relevant trends.

- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Details

- Position: Social Media Manager

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Location: Tirupati AKC, Sector 126, Noida

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday

- Weekly Off: Sunday and 4th Saturday

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month

- Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
