Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and oversee engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and captions.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithms and competitor activities.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and other key metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages and customer interactions professionally.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and marketing teams.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Social Media experience.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Positive understanding of Meta Ads and social media marketing.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
- Creative thinking with good understanding of branding.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
