Job Summary

People Spark HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Intern to support our digital presence and brand-building initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and strengthen our online community across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

● Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn,

Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)

● Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and graphics

● Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas

● Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally





● Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports

● Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotional activities

● Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop creative marketing materials

● Research competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business,

Journalism, or a related field

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices

● Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content scheduling tools is a plus

● Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

● Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is preferred

● Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
