About the Role

Foreign Prep is looking for a highly organized and responsible Social Media Handler Intern to manage the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms. This is not a content creation role. All content, including videos, graphics, testimonials, and promotional creatives, will be provided by our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that content is posted consistently, scheduled properly, and managed professionally across our social media platforms. You will help maintain a strong online presence by keeping our accounts active, organized, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Schedule and publish reels, posts, stories, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos according to the content calendar.
- Ensure all content is published on time and without errors.
- Maintain consistency in captions, hashtags, branding, and posting schedules.
- Keep all social media platforms updated and active.

Content Scheduling & Publishing

- Organize and schedule content based on the content plan provided by the team.
- Upload student testimonials, success stories, student results, educational posts, announcements, and promotional content.
- Post Instagram Stories regularly using the content shared by the team.




- Ensure content is uploaded in the correct format and optimized for each platform.

Social Media Optimization

- Update profile information, highlights, playlists, links, and branding whenever required.
- Organize Instagram Highlights and YouTube playlists.
- Ensure posts include relevant hashtags, mentions, tags, and proper formatting.
- Help maintain a skilled and consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Mandatory Skills Candidates should have working knowledge of:

- Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube management
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Strong English communication and writing skills

Requirements

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines consistently.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Portfolio or examples of social media accounts managed will be an added advantage.
