About the role

Gemius Studios is looking for a Social Media Lead to own and lead our entire social media function: strategy, team, execution, and results. You'll guide a team of creators, designers, community managers, and analysts, and turn ideas into content and communities people care about.

What you'll do

- Build and own the social media strategy across all platforms
- Create content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and platform playbooks
- Lead, train, and mentor the team, setting goals and giving regular feedback
- Oversee end-to-end execution, from ideation to publishing to optimisation
- Build AI-driven workflows for ideation, content production, social listening, and reporting
- Drive engagement, grow loyal communities, and set response and crisis protocols
- Track KPIs, benchmark competitors,



and report insights to leadership and clients
- Stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Threads

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Agency background (required), with experience managing multiple brands or clients
- Proven strategies that delivered measurable growth
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and analytics platforms
- Robust communication, presentation, and creative instincts
- Influencer marketing and paid social experience
- Crisis and reputation management
- Short-form video and creator-led content
