Job Overview

PROPCID is looking for a Social Media Influencer & Digital Marketing professional who can build our digital presence, create engaging real-estate content and drive measurable growth through social media, paid advertising, SEO, AEO and digital partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish engaging Reels, Shorts, videos and property content.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing PROPCID.
- Manage PROPCID's Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social channels.
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage budgets, targeting, remarketing and campaign optimization.
- Generate and improve qualified leads through digital campaigns.
- Manage SEO and AEO to improve organic and AI-search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website and content for search.
- Build affiliate, influencer and referral partnerships.
- Track campaign, social media, SEO and lead-generation performance.
- Use GA4, Google Search Console,



Google Tag Manager and advertising analytics.
- Test creatives, content, audiences and landing pages to improve results.
- Work with sales, content and technology teams to improve digital performance.
- Follow PROPCID's brand and content approval guidelines.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing / Social Media.
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Positive knowledge of SEO, AEO and social media marketing.
- Confident on-camera communication and content creation skills.
- Experience with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and video content.
- Knowledge of GA4, GSC, GTM and marketing analytics.
- Experience with influencer, affiliate or referral marketing is an advantage.
- Real estate, PropTech, marketplace or lead-generation experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.
