Role Description As the Social Media & Growth Lead (Founding Intern), you will drive Ziddi App’s online presence and user growth across key social platforms. In this Remote Job you will plan, create, and publish content, manage daily posting schedules, and engage directly with the community to build a loyal audience. You will analyze performance metrics, run experiments to improve reach and conversions, and optimize campaigns for growth.

Collaborating closely with product and design teams, you will help shape the brand voice, develop growth-focused campaigns, and identify partnerships or collaborations that support user acquisition and retention.



This role offers hands-on involvement in early-stage startup growth and opportunities to contribute to strategy as well as execution.

Qualifications :

- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts or personal projects. Should be adept in using AI
- Ability to develop and execute content strategy tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Transparent, concise writing skills for posts, captions, scripts, and community communication.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with online communities.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite) and data-driven decision-making.
- Interest in fitness, human performance, or preventive health; prior experience in these domains is an advantage.
- Self-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
