Social Media Executive Location: Whitefield / ITPL, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years About the Role A fast-growing co-living brand with 600+ rooms near ITPL, Whitefield. We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can independently handle our organic social media — from content ideas and scripting to shooting, editing, posting, and community management. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating reels, building a brand online, and taking ownership of content from start to finish.

ResponsibilitiesCreate content ideas for Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, and stories Write reel scripts with strong hooks and CTAs Shoot and edit short-form videos independently Design basic static posts and carousels using Canva, Figma, or similar tools Schedule and publish approved content Manage Instagram comments and DMs Escalate resident complaints or sensitive issues to the appropriate team Plan around 20–25 content ideas every month Execute approximately 15 approved posts per month Maintain the social media content tracker Track post performance including reach, engagement, saves, shares, watch time,



and retention Use performance data to improve future content What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation Solid knowledge of Instagram and short-form video content Good reel shooting and video editing skills Comfortable appearing behind the camera and coordinating shoots Ability to write engaging hooks and scripts Basic graphic design skills Good communication skills Organized and able to work with fixed monthly deadlines Comfortable managing comments and DMs independently Bonus Experience working with: Founder-led brands Personal brand content Hospitality, co-living, real estate, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands Tools Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, Canva/Figma, and video editing tools of your choice.

Important

This role is focused on organic social media and content creation . You will not be responsible for paid ad budgets, targeting, resident operations, or maintenance issues.

Someone who can take a content idea and independently turn it into a finished post — idea → script → shoot → edit → publish → track performance .
