Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Social Media

Executive will manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content tailored to each channel. The role involves leveraging AI generative tools to produce innovative visual and written content, experimenting with formats such as short videos, carousels, and interactive posts.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to align social output with overall brand objectives.





The Social Media

Executive will also respond to audience interactions, stay updated on platform trends, and ensure consistent, on-brand communication across all social touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content and promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and engage with online communities.
- Practical experience using AI generative tools (e.g., for images, video, or copy) to create innovative social media content is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of social media analytics, audience insights, and basic performance reporting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
